I say relax and leave them alone. I give all patients worried about weight this website http://junkfoodscience.blogspot.com/ I suggest they set aside a weekend and read the links on right side of the page under obesity paradox.

. A typical Canadian finding – people in the “middle of the road” do the best (BMI 25-30) – reminds me of the joke – Why did the Canadian chicken cross the road? – to get to the middle.
